Shipping Info: All domestic orders are shipped via NZ Post and should arrive within 2-3 working days. A tracking number is provided with each order.

International orders are shipped using NZ Post's international service, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination (typically 3-10 working days).

Return Policy: Items may be returned in as new condition within 14 days of purchase.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Blood & Wires - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.
